Order Procedure, Shipping & Payment Terms

- Fill in the Order form (on the right) and state
clearly the item number, size, quantity, and
destination country.
- We will confirm your order enquiry within one or
two days and inform you about the production
time needed for your order.
- Shipping fee is included and the delivery time will
be around 15 days.
- Fast delivery will take 3-4 days and customers
have to pay according to the shipping options

- Payment Terms: Credit card, PayPal & TT
- Payment has to be made within 7 days after

unframed and not stretched.
- Painting will be rolled in a tube and delivered for
door-to-door. Please ensure your mailing
address is correct.
- If you need framing service, please state your
requirements in your enquiry email. For clients
who request framing or stretching services,
postage fee will be charged separately.
